The administrator of personal data is ZWSP Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Cracow (30-552) at Wielicka 73/224, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Cracow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000769151 („the Administrator”).

Personal data will be processed in the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. for the purposes of operating the Collabi website consisting in collecting information about the behavior of influencers, including information such as (name, surname, nick in a social network or online forum), pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 pt f) GDPR and for marketing purposes and conducting research and analysis of sales and quality of the Administrator's services pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 pt f) GDP.

The collected data comes from publicly available internet forums and social media where information related to a specific influencer or containing keywords specified by our clients is published.

Personal data will be stored for the period of providing services to clients of the Collabi website or until an objection to the processing of personal data is submitted.

The administrator may transfer personal data to other administrators, clients of the Collabi website, entities conducting postal or courier activities, and may involve external service providers (e.g. hosting services, IT services).

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA. In case the data were to be transferred outside the EEA, the Administrator will ensure an appropriate level of data protection.
